Okay, so it has been a foregone conclusion for over a month now that if Florida won out they would play for the BCS title. I have not heard one person question this possibility. However, I don't understand the certainty. FL was well behind OU and TX in the last BCS standings and I don't see that changing much this week given that FL's strength of schedule may actually drop b/c of losses by LSU and GA (they no longer have any quality wins). So the wisdom has it that a win over #1 Alabama will boost them to #1, but I really don't see the computers loving UF that much even with such a win. Please reassure me!
